After a series of separate drops, Ukrainian brand YORA has unveiled its first capsule collection. Work on ‘ASCENSION’ lasted nine months, and the capsule includes T-shirts, pants, hoodies, jackets, backpacks, and shoe covers
All the pieces in the collection are black. In addition to a T-shirt featuring the brand’s logo, the drop includes two T-shirts with prints on the back and chest. One of the hoodies is also decorated with the YORA logo, styled to look like fire.
The jeans in the collection are decorated with cutouts on the front and back, while the bomber jacket is supplemented with mesh elements on the back and chest.
The accessories in the ‘ASCENSION’ collection include shoe covers and backpacks made of faux leather. The zip-up covers are secured above the kneecap and are adorned with asymmetric pleats and drawstrings.
The backpack with two compartments was released in two versions — one with an integrated hood and one without.
About the FOAMFORM pieces in the collection
Some of the pieces in ‘ASCENSION’ are adorned with voluminous foam elements. The foam is hidden inside the construction, while only a padded stitch line is visible on the outside, ‘creating volume and a graphic silhouette’.
Among them are a leather vest and backpacks, zip hoodies, as well as nylon and cotton pants.
About the collection campaign
The release was accompanied by a visual campaign that combined studio photos with an original 3D scene. At its center is a capsule suspended above the city by a drone.
‘The combination of studio shooting with a 3D environment made it possible to create dynamic looks with jumps and falls in a visually controlled environment. Under the current conditions, this format became the most effective way to convey the concept and scale of the collection,’ the brand says.

One of the models featured in the campaign was the designer and founder of YORA.

About the brand
