DTF Magazine announces an open call for the fourth season of Mirage Camp 2026

DTF Magazine

In its fourth and more ambitious season, Mirage Camp will not only host a residency for electronic musicians, vocalists, songwriters, and instrumentalists but also introduce a program of music events and concerts open to everyone.

Mirage Camp 2026 continues to foster exchange and collaborative music-making. Following the open call, the project team will select 38 participants for five days of collaborative work, an intensive educational program led by Ukrainian music industry professionals, jam sessions, and a 24-hour recording session in newly formed collectives. Here is everything you need to know about the program and the application process.

About the Mirage Camp 2026 format

The project will run from November 30 to December 4. Over five days, the selected participants will live, learn, and create new music projects together in a closed ecosystem — all under one roof.

The educational program is presented in partnership with ‘Tysiachovesna’, while Mirage Camp 2026 is supported by Burn Energy, adidas, and Ballantine’s.

The intensive educational program will run for three days. It will feature lectures by Ukrainian artists and music industry professionals, special activities, including collaborative jam sessions with invited guests, and opportunities to connect and exchange experiences.

The project will culminate in a 24-hour track creation and recording session. Organizers will group participants into 11 newly formed collectives of 3 to 4 members each.

Six mentors will oversee and advise the participants during the creative process. The announced mentor lineup includes singer and songwriter KLER; musician, sound producer, leader of The Maneken, and co-founder of ONUKA Yevhen Filatov; as well as electronic producer, DJ, and previous Mirage Camp lecturer BADWOR7H. Three more mentors will be announced between October 30 and November 3.

Mirage Camp 2026 will conclude with a collective listening session featuring the newly created tracks, with mentors and invited guests in attendance.

Also in 2026, the Mirage Camp team is launching a new format — LIVE JAM SESSIONS — with the support of Burn Energy. The series will feature curated jam sessions bringing together camp participants and guest Ukrainian artists, which will be released on DTF Magazine’s YouTube channel.

About the project’s final outcome

The main goal of Mirage Camp is to bring together artists and musicians from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to exchange knowledge and co-create. Another equally important goal of the project is to support emerging artists.

That’s why the project will result not only in the recording of new tracks but also in the release of a compilation album featuring 11 compositions created during Mirage Camp 2026. The album will be released as a limited-edition vinyl record and on streaming platforms.
