Together with the volunteer unit Tactical Medicine North, keep created a version of the bag adapted to carry a first-aid kit. The collaboration was introduced in April 2026, and is now being re-released
In the collaboration, the sling bag retains the key features of the classic Arakava model — an internal organization system and two mesh pockets inside, two mesh pockets on the outside, a Velcro panel, and attachment loops for straps at the bottom of the bag.
The special version was equipped with an external tourniquet holder and a MARCH algorithm for assessing the condition of a casualty printed on the inside of the bag.
‘Carrying a tourniquet and gloves, attending tactical medicine and first-aid courses, being aware of constant risks and being prepared to respond to them — all of these are our basic needs and responsibilities in the realities of war’, keep comments.
The kit includes a pouch with three pairs of disposable gloves that can be attached to the outside of the bag, stickers, and a Tactical Medicine North patch.
The model is available in two versions: a black one made of Cordura and a blue-and-yellow one made of nylon. They are available on the keep website for UAH 5,000 and UAH 4,500, respectively. Part of the proceeds will be used to provide training for medics in Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
About keep’s other collections
In June 2026, the brand began selling items recovered from the debris cleanup of the keep office. On June 2, as a result of a massive missile attack on Kyiv, the brand’s office, warehouse facilities, studio, and part of its production were destroyed.
The founder of keep spoke in more detail about the destruction of the office and plans for the brand’s future in our article.
The keep team says they intentionally did not clean the items — they are being sold in the condition they were pulled from the rubble. The items may have signs of damage and a smoky smell, but will be wearable after washing.
Laptop sleeves, bag and eyewear straps, backpacks, tote bags, and other surviving accessories of the brand are currently available on the website.
