Street artist Banksy showed photos of his new work created in Borodyanka, Kyiv region. This is the first post on the artist’s Instagram since December 20, 2021
The new work was painted on one of the buildings destroyed by the russian military.

On the eve, Street Art News Magazine, which has almost 700,000 subscribers, published photos of allegedly two new works by Banksy in Ukraine. The authorship of the works has not yet been confirmed by the artist.
One graffiti depicts a man resembling Putin being defeated at Judo by a child. The work is on the wall of a destroyed house.

The second photo is a photo taken by DTF Magazine on Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti) on November 3.
After we published the photo with the children on the Czech hedgehog, it went viral not only in the Ukrainian media, but also on Banksy’s fan accounts. Part of the audience doubts that it is the work of a Brit, pointing to the quality of the stencil. Others point out that it may be the art of copycats.

Banksy is a British artist, filmmaker, and political activist. Banksy’s first drawings appeared in the late 1990s, and the artist’s identity is still unknown.
