KSENIASCHNAIDER and adidas Originals released the second joint collection of clothing and footwear. You can already buy the items on the adidas Originals global website, and according to DTF Magazine, the collection will go on sale in Ukraine in May
Clothes
For the new collaboration with the sports brand, KSENIASCHNAIDER created signature denim patchwork suits, denim suits in yellow and blue, knitted dresses and cardigans with multicolored stripes, the design of which duplicates the look of the adidas Samba collaborative sneakers, basic jeans and skirts with three stripes, as well as tracksuits that consist of T-shirts and shorts.
Swimsuits and bucket hats with floral prints were also added to the list of items featured in the collection.
Shoes
For the second collection, KSENIASCHNAIDER and adidas Originals released three footwear silhouettes: the adidas Samba 2.0 patchwork sneakers, first introduced to Western media in the fall, a new version of adidas Stan Smith and basic Adilette Slides.
adidas Samba 2.0
The feature of the Samba 2.0 sneakers is a textile striped colored upper, made in KSENIASCHNAIDER’s signature patchwork technique. In addition to the double branding, the insole features a green price tag — a recognizable element in the Ukrainian brand’s designs — and the side part is complemented with an embroidered inscription Samba.
The sneakers are also complemented with a gum-rubber translucent sole.
adidas Stan Smith
The sneaker’s upper is made from suede with perforated adidas 3-Stripes, while the signature patchwork inset on the back side is designed in a patchwork technique, similar to adidas Samba 2.0.
Another feature is the lacing, completely covered with KSENIASCHNAIDER branding and the adidas trefoil logo.
Adilette Slides
The basic Adilette sliders are presented in blue with a floral print on the upper, which duplicates the pattern of some of the items from the collection, in particular the swimwear and bucket hats. The sole is also decorated with KSENIASCHNAIDER signature green price tags.
The first KSENIASCHNAIDER x adidas Originals collection, presented in June 2023, featured iconic elements and silhouettes for both brands. In particular, the dress, top and tracksuit were created using patchwork technique and adidas fabric remnants. They are based on green shades of adiColor.
The first collab also includes items made of cotton denim: wader jeans with a knee cut in the format of sports pants, 2in1 jeans, that is, jeans with the upper part of adidas sports pants, as well as shirt dresses with raw edges and jackets with prints of traditional green price tags.
KSENIASCHNAIDER presented the second collection created in collaboration with the sportswear brand at the brand’s show during London Fashion Week.
