Kyiv fortifications: How key monuments of the capital are protected

From the first day of the open invasion, Kyiv became one of russia’s main targets. The most affected settlements near the capital were Hostomel, Bucha, Irpin, Vorzel, Borodianka, and others. Restaurants and stores are simultaneously beginning to open in Kyiv and defensive preparations continue. Protective structures are being installed for key monuments in the city, including the Theater on Podil, stained glass windows of the Funicular, monuments to Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Princess Olga, and Petro Sahaidachny. DTF Magazine shows what some of them look like now
